My main goal for this season was winning Perm. And i did it...almost.
Credits goes to Qvibra for giving me such a hard challenge to get that shirt!
I will be back next season to try again. I hope my team will be just as good or better, and will adjust a bit on DP/RS/TS coming in. Also tweaking my tactic a bit on first stage.
Now its time to restructure a bit. I will mention a few of the changes already or coming up:
IN:
Ruben Valdir
150 K. Good experienced LO 1 or LO.
Beto Gregorio
350 K. Unmaxed, young pave pacer. Captain in a few U23-races.
In training:
Nando Assis
Maxed cobbler
Raúl Ngandajina
Very mediocre TM ;-) What was I thinking training him ;-)
EDIT: Maxed in CL,DH,HL and FR. Unmaxed in total. Hoping for many race points now.
Kadu Taty
Fingers crossed. Can become very,very good.
EDIT: Maxed at AV 44.
Retirees:
Txebe Taipo
Great CP and tour rider. Race points helped his development (4 in CL alone). Unpredictable. Very dominant when all went well.
Crashed out from a few tours, including Perm season 46.
Should have won more than he did during his career.

Verissímo Brita
A strangely trained LO 1. A stage win, and a few top three in his career. Still believes he is "the shit". When will you retire?
